What a hiking face should show
- Altitude and today’s ascent. Altura puts elevation at the top with the day’s climb and descent computed from the barometer; 4Nine shows altitude and pressure as gauges that fill as you go.
- Sunrise and sunset. The number that decides when you turn around. Altura, Domestique and 4Nine carry it on the dial; no menu diving.
- Weather and wind. Horizon wraps a 12-hour forecast around the bezel; Altura shows current conditions and a wind arrow that points the real direction.

Which Garmin are you hiking with?
All of these faces run on the round-AMOLED outdoor line — Fenix 8, Fenix 9, tactix 8, Enduro 3, epix — and on AMOLED Forerunners, Venu and vívoactive too. On an Instinct 3 AMOLED they fit as well; the Solar (MIP) Instinct and Fenix models are not supported.
