How do I install a Garmin watch face?
Download it from the Connect IQ Store app, open Garmin Connect to sync it to your watch over Bluetooth, then hold the current face (or go to Settings → Watch Face) and select it. Full walkthrough in our install guide.
Do custom watch faces drain Garmin battery?
They can on AMOLED models if the always-on layout is bright. Battery-smart faces dim and simplify when your wrist is down, so the impact stays small. On MIP (transflective) screens, always-on is essentially free.
Are Garmin watch faces free?
Many are free; some are a small one-time purchase. On this site Lumen is free and Domestique is $4.99.
Will a face work on my Garmin model?
Only if your exact model is listed under the face's supported devices. "Fenix 7" and "Fenix 7 Pro" can differ — always check the listing before installing.
How do I change or remove a watch face?
Press and hold the center of the face on the watch to open the picker and switch faces. To remove one, open the Connect IQ Store app under My Device → Watch Faces and delete it.
