Returns and Refunds
We make the watch faces. Garmin sells them.
Every watch face of ours is bought inside the Garmin Connect IQ Store, so the purchase is a contract between you and Garmin. Refunds for it are handled by Garmin under their terms — we cannot issue one, and we do not see your payment.
Asking Garmin for a refund
Contact Garmin Support at support.garmin.com with your Garmin account and the name of the watch face. Your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union apply to that purchase; Garmin's terms describe how they are exercised.
If the watch face itself is broken, that part is ours
A refund is Garmin's to give, but the fault is ours to fix. If a watch face does not install, does not run on a model listed as supported, or behaves differently from its description, write to us — we would far rather repair it than have you ask for your money back.
Write to contact@nadzeyayashchuk.com and tell us your watch model and what you see. Screenshots help. We answer within two working days.
There is nothing to ship back and no fee of any kind on our side.
