Use of the site
The site presents information about watch faces for Garmin devices and links to the Connect IQ Store where they can be installed. You may browse and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms and applicable law.
Watch faces and the Connect IQ Store
Most watch faces are distributed and installed through Garmin's Connect IQ Store. A download, purchase, payment, refund or installation there is subject to Garmin's terms and policies; we provide previews and information, and the transaction and delivery happen on Garmin's platform. Some watch faces and packs can also be bought on this website — see «Purchases on this site» below.
When you install a WatchFaceKit face you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your own Garmin device(s). You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or republish a face or its design.
The watch faces run entirely on your device. They read on-device data (such as heart rate, steps, battery or altitude) only to display it on the face and do not collect, transmit or share it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Purchases on this site
Watch faces and packs offered on this website are sold by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), our reseller (Merchant of Record). Your purchase contract and payment are with Lemon Squeezy under its buyer terms, which you accept at checkout; Lemon Squeezy charges the applicable VAT and issues your receipt. The licence to the watch faces comes from us, as described above.
- What you get. The watch face files (.prg) of the faces in your order, for the Garmin models listed on the product page, to install on your own watches.
- Delivery. Right after payment we email you a sign-in link to «My watch faces», where you install or download the files. You can ask for a new link with the same email address at any time.
- Requirements. Installing needs a computer and the watch's USB cable; the one-click install works in Chrome or Edge. The faces cannot be installed from a phone alone. Settings are changed on the watch, and updates are not installed automatically: new versions appear in «My watch faces».
- Fair use. Downloads per day are limited to prevent abuse; the limit is far above what installing on your own watches needs.
- Availability of files. Your watch faces stay available in «My watch faces». Should we ever have to stop offering a download, we will tell you by email in advance so you can save your files.

Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but provide it "as is". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
Acceptable conduct
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means that place unreasonable load on it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, graphics, the watch-face designs, and the live preview code are the property of the provider or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without permission. Garmin® and Connect IQ™ are trademarks of Garmin Ltd.; this site is independent and not affiliated with Garmin.
No warranty
Information on the site is provided for general purposes without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that previews exactly match on-device appearance across every model.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown below.
