Use of the site
The site presents information about watch faces for Garmin devices and links to the Connect IQ Store where they can be installed. You may browse and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms and applicable law.
Watch faces and the Connect IQ Store
Watch faces are distributed and installed through Garmin's Connect IQ Store, not from this website directly. Any download, purchase, payment, refund, or installation is subject to Garmin's terms and policies. We provide previews and information; the transaction and delivery happen on Garmin's platform.
When you install a WatchFaceKit face you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your own Garmin device(s). You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or republish a face or its design.
The watch faces run entirely on your device. They read on-device data (such as heart rate, steps, battery or altitude) only to display it on the face and do not collect, transmit or share it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but provide it "as is". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
Acceptable conduct
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means that place unreasonable load on it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, graphics, the watch-face designs, and the live preview code are the property of the provider or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without permission. Garmin® and Connect IQ™ are trademarks of Garmin Ltd.; this site is independent and not affiliated with Garmin.
No warranty
Information on the site is provided for general purposes without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that previews exactly match on-device appearance across every model.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
