Privacy Policy
This policy covers two things: the WatchFaceKit watch faces you install on your Garmin, and this website. The short version — the watch faces collect no data at all, and the website keeps data to the minimum needed to run it.
Who operates this site

The watch faces on your Garmin
Our watch faces are Connect IQ apps that run entirely on your Garmin device. To show you the time and your stats, a face may read on-device data such as time and date, heart rate, steps, calories, battery level, altitude, sunrise/sunset and weather, depending on which fields you enable.
This data is used for one purpose only: to display it on the watch face, on your wrist, in real time. The watch faces do not collect, store, log, transmit, sell or share any of this information. There are no servers of ours involved, no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising inside the faces — the data never leaves your device through us.
- Permissions: some fields need a Connect IQ permission (for example Sensor data for heart rate, or Positioning for sunrise/sunset). These permissions are used solely to render the face and for nothing else.
- Your settings: the options you choose for a face (accent color, which data fields to show) are saved as app settings by Garmin Connect on your device/account, under Garmin's own privacy policy — not by us.
- Removing a face removes its access to that data immediately.
The sections below describe the separate, minimal data handling for the website itself.
Information the website collects
The website does not require accounts and does not ask you to submit personal profiles. When you visit, our infrastructure processes standard technical data in access logs — such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and timestamps — for security and to keep the service running.
How information is used
Technical data is used only to operate, secure and improve the site: serving pages, preventing abuse, diagnosing errors, and understanding broad usage trends. We do not sell your data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage may hold lightweight preferences (such as display settings) on your device for convenience. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
Third-party services
- Hosting & delivery: the site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request data to deliver and protect the site.
- Analytics: we use privacy-respecting web analytics (Ahrefs) to understand aggregate usage patterns. It processes standard technical data and does not identify you personally.
- Fonts: web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files.
- Connect IQ Store: when you choose to install or purchase a watch face, you leave this site and the transaction is handled by Garmin's Connect IQ Store under Garmin's own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde). To exercise any right, email contact@nadzeyayashchuk.com.
