Your sign, on a classic dial.
Twelve signs, one highlighted
Aries through Pisces run across the lower half of the dial. The current sign gets an accent disc, by the usual calendar dates: Aries from 21 March, Taurus from 20 April and so on to Pisces from 19 February. It is a calendar convention, not an astronomical calculation.
Months, moon and weekday
JAN to DEC sit between the hour numerals and the current month is underlined in your accent. A moon-phase window at 12 shows 32 phases of the mean lunar cycle, with a southern-hemisphere option, above a weekday strip and the date.
Seven accents, three sizes
Orange, Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Gold or Turquoise for the sign disc, month, weekday, date and second hand. Compact, Standard or Large text scales the numerals, months, weekday and zodiac symbols; the second hand can be hidden.
Light by design
