Each of the six slots is independent: choose the metric, or hide the slot for a cleaner dial. Defaults are steps, Body Battery and pressure on the left; heart rate, calories and altitude on the right.
Battery, Body Battery, steps and floors draw a progress arc toward a real goal. Metrics without a real goal — heart rate, altitude, pressure — show the value alone, never a made-up percentage.
Three captions run around the bezel — a name, a mantra, a peak — and the time comes in six colours independent of the accent. Metric or imperial, °C or °F.
Altitude and pressure read from the barometer, the daily distance is the real total, and the big battery indicator is easy to check with gloves. Always-on falls back to outline time on black.
